Whether you're nearby or remote, Lynette can provide you with virtual assistance on your written drafts, using computer, email, fax and/or shipping service. For
example:
To save you time and personal involvement, Lynette can directly edit your Microsoft Word documents and return a clean revision.
But if you want to be able to individually accept or reject each proposed suggestion or correction, Lynette can use MS Word's Track-Changes feature to mark your draft and then return it to you, via email, for your review and consideration.
Or perhaps you'd rather see the edits marked manually on a hard copy so
you can personally make these changes to your document file. If so, just fax,
mail or courier a double-spaced draft or have Lynette print one from your emailed double-spaced MS Word document file; she'll then mark the hard copy manually, using standard proofreader marks, and return it to you by fax, courier or U.S. Postal Service.

On the other hand, if you have PDF or other computer documents on which manual proofreader marks would be difficult to see, Lynette can print them or review them onscreen, sending you an outline-style email that lists each suggested revision. This technique also works well for business website critiques and makes it easy for you to forward desired revisions to your webmaster.

Service rates, billing methods and payment options. Some projects are priced by the hour, whereas
certain large projects may lend themselves to a fixed page rate or fixed project rate. All
project transactions are billed at least the equivalent of half an hour's
labor.
Billing methods can vary based on project size and duration. Smaller, short-term projects from new clients require immediate payment in full, whereas larger or long-term projects may involve a deposit and progress payments.

Companies and individuals may remit in person with cash ($ U.S.); by mail via
U.S. money order, U.S. cashier's check or company check; or online via
PayPal. (Important:
Ask Lynette for the correct email address to use for PayPal remittances.) Once an ongoing working relationship with AMB is established, individuals may pay by personal check if they wish.

BEST promises to make its best effort to locate and correct all grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors. If the copyedited result is grammatically correct but unsatisfactory to you, revisions you request will be billable. It is your sole responsibility—before duplicating, distributing or otherwise publishing the document—to fully review the edited document to make sure that the result will be satisfactory;
ALL MY BEST cannot be responsible for your duplication or distribution charges.
